Shipping

When shopping in our online shop, you can choose one of the shipping forms for your purchase:

Free of charge – receive your purchase at xcelsior shop at Elizabetes 83a, Riga
We are open: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00, Saturday 11:00 – 17:00
The purchase must be removed within 3 working days after you have received the information that your order has been prepared.

Shipping in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania – courier delivers the item to your chosen address.
Courier makes the deliveries at working days between 8:00 and 17:00. Before shipping in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient time for shipping.

For delivery outside Baltic countries, please, write us at centrs@xcelsior.lv and we will look for the best shipping option for you.

If the purchase is more than 20 kg it is delivered by separate agreement for the delivery charge, taking into account the actual weight of the items. Please contact us at centrs@xcelsior.lv.
Free shipping on purchases from 200 EUR.

If the item is in stock, delivery time is within 2-4 working days, after the arrangement with the client.
In case when the purchase is out of stock you can backorder it making a full prepayment. Delivery time for these items is within 4-8 weeks but it may be changed informing you in advance.
