The Terms and Conditions of www.xcelsiorselection.com govern the use of services of internet store and it is binding to all users of the website, both registered and unregistered.
Terminology used in the Terms and Conditions:
E-store – hereinafter refers to website with domain www.xcelsiorselection.com, which is an online store.
Vendor – hereinafter refers to maintainer of the website which is governed by the current laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Terms and Conditions – hereinafter refer to Terms and Conditions of use of the E-store.
Registered User – hereinafter refers to a person that has registered with this website in accordance to the Terms and Conditions.
Unregistered user – hereinafter refers to a person that is a user of this website without registering in accordance to the Terms and Conditions.
User – hereinafter refers to natural or juridical person that uses the website irrespective of being registered or unregistered.
Consumer – hereinafter refers to natural or juridical person that makes a purchase at www.xcelsiorselection.com.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between User and Vendor. The access to and use of this website as well as the purchase of products on xcelsior selection are based on the assumption that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood and accepted by User and User agrees to abide by these and other regulations that regulate the legal relationship between Vendor, User and Consumer as effective in the Republic of Latvia.
If User does not agree to all or part of the xcelsior selection Terms and Conditions, he is not allowed to become a Registered User. Use of xcelsior selection means that User has agreed to Terms and Conditions entirely, including all changes. Vendor may amend or update all or part of these Terms and Conditions and other information on the webiste without any prior notice. Any amendment or update shall be binding as soon as they are published on the website www.xcelsiorselection.com. Vendor has the right to make updates or changes to the products, services or programmes that are available at without any prior notice. Changes to Terms and Conditions that have become effective after the Consumer has made a purchase does not apply to the said purchase. The service shall be provided in accordance to the edition of the Terms and Conditions that was effective at the time of the purchase of the Consumer.
2. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TIMES
All prices on E-store www.xcelsiorselection.com are in EUR (euro) and include all taxes. The price is valid until the product is in stock. The total payable sum includes price of the goods specified in the shop and shipping costs that are calculated prior to payment.
Every purchase is processed within 3 – 5 working days and dispatched with chosen delivery service.
3. PAYMENT
Payment for the purchase can be made with VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD cards.
4. DELIVERY

If the Consumer from the Republic of Latvia has not received the parcel within 15 days of the day of dispatch, it shall inform the Vendor by sending an e-mail to centrs@xcelsior.lv specifying the purchase number and date. If the Consumer from outside the Republic of Latvia has not received the parcel within 21 working days of the day of dispatch, it shall inform the Vendor by sending an e-mail to centrs@xcelsior.lv specifying the purchase number and date.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
User agrees that by becoming Registered User his personal data will be used by the Vendor in accordance to regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia in order to provide the service of the e-store. xcelsior selection undertakes to ensure the privacy and protection of the personal data and agrees not to disclose it to any third parties. Vendor takes no responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the data in the registration form provided by the Consumer.
To become a Registered User, Consumer shall provide a valid and accessible e-mail address. After setting up a password, Registered User is responsible for keeping said password secure and safe from the third parties.
7. DISPUTE MEDIATION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
All disputes and disagreements that occur during the delivery of the purchase Parties agree to settle by way of negotiation. If Parties cannot come to an agreement by way of negotiation, a certified mediator should be involved. Aforesaid does not eliminate the right of the Parties to settle any dispute in courts of the Republic of Latvia.
8. FINAL CONDITIONS
Any matters that have not been addressed in Terms and Conditions Parties settle in accordance to the regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia. Terms and Conditions become valid from the 1st February 2015.
